After my parents were killed, my life became a horror show. I remember the day when the sister of this ministry approached me. We were at rock bottom. When she said “ Jesus Loves You . . .” that’s when my life took a turn. Thru the teaching and preaching, Pastor Artis has shown me how to deal with life from a different perspective. My pastor was always available for every issue we faced. The preaching, the teaching and the enrichment classes have taken us into a greater hope for a new life! Thank God for Pastor Artis and everything he and this ministry has been to us!

The devil was telling me that suicide was the only way out. I tried several times to cut my wrists, but God had my life in his hands. My sister and brother were going to Wilson to New Life Church, so in 2005, I decided to attend church with them and today . . . I’m enjoying Jesus! I have 5 children – 4 sons and 1 daughter – and God is working on my family. Pastor Artis has poured life into me – the too-good-to-be-true-gospel of Jesus Christ. I love attending bible study and Sunday services, along with the Women Conferences taught by Sister Nancy. They have been a great source of inspiration in helping me with family and personal issues.
We all come short of His glory, but because of God’s amazing grace, I will always be forgiven!
